We do not offer modular homes for sale at our community, as the cost per square foot is much higher than the state-of-the-art manufactured homes which we have available and the overall quality is very similar. Please contact us to learn more.

Our new Clayton homes provide a much greater value than tiny or modular homes and are priced at a much lower cost per square foot.
What is the difference between a factory-built or manufactured home compared with a mobile home or trailer home?
HUD (the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development) has regulated the construction of manufactured homes since 1976. Over time they have significantly increased what is required. Today's new manufactured or factory-built homes are built to the highest quality and are significantly better than the older mobile homes or trailer homes of the past.
Are there mobile homes for sale at Prairie Wind?
Prairie Wind sells state-of-the-art manufactured homes, formerly known as "mobile" or "trailer homes." These homes are built to federal HUD code, which has stringent requirements related to quality construction, energy efficiency, and safety.
Do you have any trailers for sale in your community?
Prairie Wind does not sell trailers; we do have new and pre-owned manufactured homes available for immediate move-in!
